1. Reset Password Via Email

To reset your password click the "Reset My Password" button below:

  1. You will be asked to verify your email address and the security questions that you entered the first time you signed in.
  2. You will be sent an email with your login name and a temporary password.

2. Ask your Client Administrator to unlock/reset your password

If you are unsure who your Client Administrator is, please contact the person who set you up with a QuickSuper account.

Your client administrator should:

  1. Sign-in to QuickSuper
  2. Click 'Administration'
  3. Click 'Users'
  4. Select your user
  5. Click 'Reset Password'

Your administrator will then be able to provide your password via your preferred medium.

3. Contact HESTA

If you are unable to use any of the above options, you can have someone from HESTA identify you and send an email to clearinghouse@hesta.com.au. You can contact HESTA directly by calling 1300305717.
